Shampoo Bar - "Rock Zestivful"

“Rock Zestivful” – A sherbet lemon & cinnamon spiced hair care bar.

Just because you're having a wild weekend at a festival doesn't mean you have to come back looking like you got dragged though the wilderness. Unless you choose to, of course!

This long-lasting, zesty lemon and sweet cinnamon smelling bar was developed as a shampoo but it’s still a soap bar that you can use all over, just one that isn’t saponified like standard soap. Now all you'll need is one small bar (15g) to last you through the whole weekend, or a standard size (50g) to keep you going through the whole festival season.

Body soap doesn't work well in hair like a shampoo bar because the alkalinity of soap (PH9) and its ingredients don't include anti-static compounds that prevent the wetted shaft of the hair staying lifted and causing rough feeling hair that ultimately knots and tangles.  The proper term for this type of soap is a Syndet bar. ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND

Lemongrass Oil is sweet, camphoraceous and citrusy all at the same time. It deep cleanses the scalp, gets rid of accumulated dirt or pollutants in the hair follicles, creating an ideal environment for a healthy scalp. Improvement of scalp health leads to strengthened hair follicles.  In turn, this reduces hair fall and simultaneously results in hair growth.

Cinnamon Leaf Oil is thought to be effective in dilating blood vessels and increases blood circulation. Strong blood flow to the hair follicles is essential for healthy hair growth as blood transports nutrients to the follicles, energising them to produce new hairs. Its antibacterial properties also make it ideal for use in addressing acne, rashes, and infections.
